Since it is heatless, there is no risk of fire in pipes or from flames!
The heatless dryer uses activated alumina as a desiccant to remove moisture from compressed air. The moist compressed air enters chamber 1 through the inlet switching valve and is dried by adsorption with activated alumina (drying process). The dried air is sent to the use point via the outlet check valve. Some of the dried air passing through the outlet check valve flows from the bottom to the top of chamber 2 through the purge check valve, discharging the accumulated moisture into the atmosphere through the discharge switching valve (regeneration process). Additionally, to prevent pressure drop during chamber switching, a constant pressure process is also implemented to maintain both chambers at the same pressure. This switching is precisely controlled by the program in the control box, allowing for a continuous supply of dried air.

The essential elements for a company's survival are said to be the seamless circulation of people, goods, money, and information. Among these, what I consider the most important in our company's management is "people," specifically the employees we work with. Company employees spend a significant portion of their lives within the company, and I believe it is important to build a society where employees and their families can live happily and securely through corporate activities. Contributing to society in this way is essential for the survival of a company. Our company has long contributed to Japan's growth as a specialized manufacturer of heat exchangers and related products. Within this deep and broad industry, we continuously anticipate technological advancements and focus on developing environmentally friendly energy-saving products, aiming to contribute to the improvement of people's lives and welfare by returning our products to the upcoming energy-consuming society. Furthermore, we aim to utilize the profits gained from this to foster the company's development and to exist as a company that adapts to a highly information-oriented society. To achieve this, we will cherish the "people" mentioned earlier and actively engage in nurturing and promoting them. We will sincerely respond to society's trust and strive for sustainable growth by providing better products.
