The accelerometer Model 52M30 is based on advanced piezoresistive MEMS sensor elements that provide an excellent dynamic range and stability. This accelerometer (acceleration meter, acceleration pickup) features a full bridge output structure with a temperature range of -40 to 121º C. A small amount of gas damping offers outstanding shock survivability and a flat amplitude/phase response of up to 7 kHz.
