We provide contracted testing services for products with a well-balanced range of testing equipment.
In product testing, we evaluate the environmental resistance characteristics of the product itself against impacts and vibrations that are expected during the distribution process and in the usage environment. Japan Business Logistics (hereinafter referred to as JBL) is well-equipped with a balanced array of various environmental testing facilities, including vibration, drop, shock, compression, and temperature and humidity tests, and also conducts testing evaluations based on official testing standards such as JIS and ISO. ▼ For more details, please download the PDF document (recommended). ▼ Customers in a hurry, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' section below.

basic information
Three strengths of JBL's product testing services: 1. Testing Equipment Each testing machine owned by JBL has a standardized test bench size of 1.2m × 1.2m. Additionally, the testing room is equipped with a large traveling crane, allowing for safe and efficient testing of large products. 2. 'Manufacturer-Free' Test Lab JBL operates as a 'manufacturer-free' test lab, meaning it has no affiliations with specific manufacturers. Some customers may hesitate to conduct tests at manufacturer-affiliated labs, but with JBL, there is no need for such concerns. 3. Accessibility JBL's testing facility is located in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The nearest station, "Shonandai Station," is served by the Odakyu Line, Sotetsu Line, and Yokohama City Subway. It is about a 5-minute drive from the station. ◆ JBL Packaging Testing Facility: ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) certified since December 2010.
