Water supply and drainage (insulated) pipe GNGWA - Outstanding freeze prevention performance!
Lightweight, long-length, high strength, and excellent insulation performance! It is a high-performance freeze prevention pipe!
GNGWA is increasingly being adopted for bridge attachments and suspended piping due to its unique characteristics of lightweight, flexibility, and earthquake resistance that are not found in other types of pipes. Nominal diameter: 150S to 250S (The conduit dimensions adhere to ISO standards.) 【Features】 - The composite pipe structure of polyethylene and aramid fibers provides high internal pressure strength, and the corrugated steel pipe structure protects against external pressure. - The rigid polyurethane insulation layer prevents the freezing of fluids inside the conduit. - Pipes with a nominal diameter of W100 or less can be delivered to the site as long-length pipes (tab-wound). - The use of long-length pipes allows for labor-saving in construction and shortening of construction periods, leading to cost reductions. - The long length and excellent flexibility allow for bending while extending the pipe. - It is ideal for soft ground such as marshy areas and reclaimed land, and it also excels in earthquake resistance. - The outermost layer is coated with low-density polyethylene containing carbon black, which provides excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for exposed pipes. - Through EF fusion and automatic butt fusion, it creates a reliable pipeline with a unified structure. - It has sufficient weather resistance and internal and external pressure strength as a bridge attachment pipe.
