The conventional inspection system required a lot of time and cost to customize existing ERP systems and inventory management systems. POT Check is developed with the concept of being used as a subsystem, allowing for quick and inexpensive implementation. Real-time inventory management is possible through mobile terminals. Version 2.0 added inbound and outbound inspection functions, inventory counting functions, and inventory management functions to the outbound inspection of Version 1.0. Additionally, the mobile agent software EmPlus has achieved a reduction in the customization period for mobile computers and a decrease in maintenance costs.

Shipping performance data is then transferred back to the host. ◆Fast and High-Precision Barcode Inspection Using shipping instruction barcodes and product barcodes for barcode inspection allows for quick and accurate checking. ◆Flexible and Real-Time Processing By using wireless mobile terminals, downloading inspection data and transferring shipping performance can be done on-site in the warehouse. This eliminates the hassle of returning to the office for data transfer. ◆Picking by Extraction Method Adopting a picking method based on picking lists for each shipping destination makes it ideal for small quantities of various items. ◆Inbound/Outbound and Inventory Management Functions For inbound shipments, products are stored in appropriate locations by searching shelf numbers from product codes. For outbound shipments, shipping instruction data is imported and items are shipped according to the picking list. Inquiry into inbound/outbound history allows for easy investigation of inventory discrepancies. ◆Cycle Inventory Function Inventory can be conducted by area, eliminating the need to halt shipping for the entire warehouse.
