The CAPTRON LED PICK is the ultimate digital picking system that achieves high visibility, operability, flexibility, and robustness through the Smart CAP button and Smart LED strip of the capacitive sensor display. Moreover, it can withstand over 100 million touches, preventing operational downtime due to button failures. The Smart CAP button uses a large 6cm display, 7-segment LEDs, and multi-color LEDs to indicate which items to pick and from what position, confirming by touching the capacitive sensor. The Smart LED strip can individually control 60 LEDs per meter, allowing for clear separation even in a minimum storage space of 1.5cm, effectively utilizing the storage area.

Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) are electronic displays that can be updated in real-time via wireless communication. The display section uses highly visible E-ink electronic paper, capable of showing black, white, red, and yellow colors. This is a voice picking system that uses LydiaVoice, the number one voice recognition engine in Europe. It confirms whether the correct shelf is being accessed by responding with a check digit to the voice instructions for the shelf number. Next, it provides the quantity through voice instructions and responds with the actual shipping quantity vocally. With hands-free and eyes-free operation, it can improve work efficiency by more than 10% compared to barcode picking.

BarStarPro is a high-precision, highly flexible barcode creation software. By selecting a barcode, setting parameters, and entering data, a barcode will be generated. The generated barcode can be pasted or embedded into other applications. It supports ActiveX (OCX) controls and OLE automation, making it easy to integrate into applications. If you are distributing it as an embedded solution, please use the development and distribution licenses for BarStar Pro DTK. For integration using a DLL library, please use the development and distribution licenses for BarStar Pro DLL. Anyone can easily design labels and print high-precision barcode labels. Additionally, with a Windows driver, label printing can be done on both general printers and barcode printers. It supports 19 types of barcodes and 9 types of 2D symbols. Application integration via OLE is also possible, allowing printing from applications such as shipping management and production management. Moreover, the LabelStar Pro Worker function, which does not allow design changes suitable for on-site use, can be selected during installation.

POT dispatch is a semi-automated dispatch management software that leverages the experience of drivers. It consolidates delivery destination names based on shipping instructions and calculates loading capacity by route and vehicle for dispatching. Next, it creates picking lists by vehicle and also generates operation instructions. By integrating with POT Manager, it enables centralized management from receipt to delivery planning.

The conventional inspection system required a lot of time and cost to customize existing ERP systems and inventory management systems. POT Check is developed with the concept of being used as a subsystem, allowing for quick and inexpensive implementation. Real-time inventory management is possible through mobile terminals. Version 2.0 added inbound and outbound inspection functions, inventory counting functions, and inventory management functions to the outbound inspection of Version 1.0. Additionally, the mobile agent software EmPlus has achieved a reduction in the customization period for mobile computers and a decrease in maintenance costs.
