Exhaust can achieve a clean vacuum without containing sealing water or sealing oil, similar to a sealed liquid vacuum pump. It operates across the entire range from atmospheric pressure to the inlet shut-off using a Roots type, pursuing ease of use.

【Features】 ○ We can manufacture vacuum pumps made of stainless steel (SCS13.14.16). We also accommodate other special materials. ○ Continuous operation is possible even with the suction of compressible gases. ○ Cleaning the interior of the vacuum pump casing can be easily performed. ○ High-temperature gases at 130°C can be directly suctioned (standard material: FC). ○ Simultaneous suction and pressure delivery are possible (up to 0.1MPa·G with special specifications). ○ Continuous operation is possible at various vacuum levels from atmospheric pressure to cutoff operation. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
