DMU50 (5-axis machining center) in operation! Quickly responds to complex shapes!
In a 3-axis machining center composed of three slide axes (X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis), the machine's structure limits the approach direction for machining to only the top surface of the workpiece. Therefore, when performing complex and high-precision machining that requires angle determination, it is necessary to first create a fixture to tilt the workpiece and repeatedly grasp and reposition the workpiece. As the work becomes more complex, the 3-axis machining center has disadvantages compared to the 5-axis machining center, such as unstable angle determination accuracy, the need for setup changes, and the requirement for indexing fixtures. In contrast, a 5-axis machining center, which consists of five axes (X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, + A-axis (rotational axis relative to the X-axis) or B-axis (rotational axis relative to the Y-axis), + C-axis (rotational axis relative to the Z-axis)), allows for approaches from arbitrary angles to complex workpieces with a lot of angle information. We also accept 5-axis three-dimensional shape machining. When machining vertical wall shapes where the cutting tool cannot reach from the top surface, we can use short-reach cutting tools, enabling us to achieve high surface finish accuracy.

Since our establishment, we have been supplying parts as a supplier in a wide range of fields that require precision machining, including aircraft components, automotive parts, medical devices, optical equipment, electronic components, and tools. The traditional milling and turning techniques held by craftsmen are being inherited by the younger generation and combined with IT (CAD CAM) technology, which is applied to automated machine tools such as 5-axis machining centers, 3-axis machining centers, and multi-tasking lathes. With extensive experience in processing various materials such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, nickel, titanium, and resin, we can accommodate a wide range of needs from single items to mass production, regardless of the material. We are always prepared to respond to cost, precision, and speed, and our entire staff is sincerely looking forward to serving you. Please feel free to consult with us at any time.
