Our brushless motor fully utilizes coreless technology and has developed a coreless motor composed of a stator made from specially processed thin copper plates, rather than the traditional winding method using copper wire found in conventional coreless motors. This motor features a completely different design philosophy and manufacturing method compared to traditional coreless motors, characterized by its lightweight, excellent heat dissipation, absence of hysteresis loss, and size and weight that are approximately half to 80% of motors in the same output range (compared to our products). It is a unique motor in the world that achieves high output and high efficiency while retaining the advantages of traditional coreless motors, such as no cogging and a hollow structure.
