All the products we create are initially shaped using friction presses. Depending on the finishing methods and differences in usage, the names change to nameplates, company emblems, keychains, coins, and medals, but the basic manufacturing method remains the same. For the production of company emblems, it can be said that this machine is used 100% of the time. The structure is very simple and old, but currently, there is no machine that surpasses it for processing the products we make. The operation requires a certain level of skill, and it is not a task that can simply be handed over with, "Please start doing it from tomorrow." We feel a sense of mission to refine and develop this friction press technology.

Friction presses are a bit different from regular presses; this machine has no bottom dead center. To put it extremely, the upper and lower molds collide, and the craftsmen control the reaction and timing while working. This technique requires a level of skill referred to as "accumulating experience" in the world of craftsmen. Since it is not automatic and operated by button control, it is common for someone to struggle to operate a friction press when they first encounter it. The absence of a bottom dead center significantly changes the "final push" during the pressing process. The instantaneous pressure just before the molds collide is said to exceed three times the machine's displayed capacity. For a machine rated at 100 tons, this means it can exert over 300 tons of force instantaneously. There currently seems to be no other machine of this compact size that can generate such power. The ability to produce a large instantaneous pressing force is the greatest feature of friction presses.
