Volcano-type liquid combustion method
This device burns auxiliary fuel in the combustion aid at the top of the furnace, blowing the generated high-temperature combustion gas into the decomposition furnace, and then atomizing it in a fine spray for expulsion. Typically, in an atmosphere of 800°C to 950°C, moisture is evaporated, organic matter is decomposed into carbon (C) to CO2, hydrogen (H) to H2O, acidic gas SO2 is neutralized to Na2SO4, and HCl and Cl2 are neutralized to NaCl, with the aim of completely oxidizing and decomposing COD components.
