There are two types of low-cost furnaces: natural ventilation type and forced ventilation type.

This is equipment used for low O2 and low-calorie gas.

Typically, in an atmosphere of 800°C to 950°C, moisture is evaporated, organic matter is decomposed into carbon (C) to CO2, hydrogen (H) to H2O, acidic gas SO2 is neutralized to Na2SO4, and HCl and Cl2 are neutralized to NaCl, with the aim of completely oxidizing and decomposing COD components.
