basic information
【Essential Conditions for Direct Combustion Oxidation】 - Temp.: 650–800 degrees - Time: 0.3–0.5 sec. - Turbulence: A homogeneous mixture of toxic gases and combustion gases is necessary, as well as uniform temperature distribution within the deodorization furnace. In particular, for substances that are difficult to decompose, such as those containing black smoke (soot and combustible particulate matter), a temperature of 1,000 degrees with a residence time of 0.7–1.0 sec. is required.
