We are engaged in the processing of various plastic products as prototypes for shape confirmation and small-scale production, as well as master models for vacuum casting and gypsum casting. ● Before actually processing materials like ABS resin and aluminum, we create data using CAD and CAM. ● For processing resin and aluminum, we utilize machining centers to achieve high-precision machining. ● After processing, we also conduct dimensional inspections using a three-dimensional measuring machine.

【Manufacturing Process】 1. 2D Drawings and 3D Data - We receive 2D drawings and 3D data that serve as the basis for processing ABS resin, and create drawing data (CAD data) for resin processing as well as CAM data for machining. 2. NC Machining Center Processing - Using an NC machining center, we perform high-precision processing on the resin. 3.
