We support product development through trial production, small lot manufacturing, gypsum casting, and vacuum casting.
Since our establishment in 1985, we have continuously challenged ourselves to improve technology and pursue high quality as a specialized company in vacuum casting, always responding promptly to user needs. We have also developed a groundbreaking technology that applies vacuum casting to gypsum casting. With this unique technology, we are engaged in prototyping and small-scale production of aluminum and zinc alloys in precision casting. We invite you to utilize our vacuum casting and precision gypsum casting for your prototyping development.
Business Activities
□ Vacuum Casting (Resin Molding) By using vacuum casting with silicone rubber, we can deliver precise replicas of prototypes made from urethane resin and epoxy resin in a short lead time and at a low cost. □ Gypsum Casting (Aluminum Casting, Zinc Casting) Gypsum casting is the optimal method for producing items that do not require mass production but demand precision and complex shapes. We can manufacture highly accurate prototypes quickly and affordably. We specialize in ADC12 prototypes. □ Machining We perform machining using a machining center. This includes various plastic resins and aluminum alloys. We also manufacture master models used in the above two techniques in-house.
