This is an air-driven automatic printing machine equipped with a Shachihata stamp that allows for continuous stamping. Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into various machines, enabling the construction of printing devices with ease. The stamp surface is custom-made, allowing for low-cost printing and marking tailored to your needs. Customers who have been using expensive inkjet printers for simple marking can achieve cost reductions by switching to this solution. The ink used is TAT (Tart) ink, which can firmly stamp on non-absorbent surfaces such as metal, plastic, rubber, and glass. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, including NG marking on factory lines, inspection approval stamps, identification symbols, lot numbers, and date stamping, as well as integration into various industrial machines.

■ Product Features 1. Ease of Installation Equipped with a double-acting air cylinder. Stamping control can be performed by switching the air supply. Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into various machines. Comes with a fixed base plate (with M5 size long holes). 2. Stable Printing Quality With an auto slide cap, it prevents the stamp surface from drying out during standby. Consistent pressure printing maintains good print quality. 3. Safe Ink The TAT (Tart) ink complies with environmental regulations such as the Export Trade Control Order, the Ozone Layer Protection Law, regulations on Freon and ethane solvents, the ELV Directive, and the RoHS Directive, ensuring safe use. 4. Low Cost Compared to laser and inkjet methods, it can be introduced at a lower budget with reduced initial costs.
