Self-propelled automatic welding of pipe piping - Pulse MAG/TIG
By controlling the automatic pipe welding robot, we perform large-diameter pipe welding with pulse MAG and small-diameter welding with TIG. The PC software automatically generates appropriate welding programs for all positions, and through motion control, we have automated high-speed welding by correcting groove shape errors and real-time controlling welding current and voltage.
