A microbiological testing method using culture vials that can broadly detect antibiotics and synthetic antibacterial agents from samples such as meat, fish, and eggs with sensitivity equal to or greater than that of conventional notification methods. The test bacterial spore suspension is already included. There is no need for strain preservation preparation or media preparation, and incubation takes about 3 hours, making the testing process easy. Drip from meat and fish can be tested directly (eggs require preheating), and the change in the color of the medium is visually assessed.
