Fungal swab survey (surface)

From July 27 (Wednesday) to July 29 (Friday), four second-year students from Tokyo Metropolitan Minami-Tama Secondary Education School visited our company for a workplace experience. They were part of a younger generation unfamiliar with terms like "pollution," "asbestos," and "sick house," but regarding the curriculum, they engaged in practical training related to our core business, including sample analysis of asbestos and sick house, measurement methods for sound and vibration, and exterior wall diagnostics using infrared cameras at measurement sites. Among the activities, there was a particularly high interest in the mold experiment, and everyone seemed captivated by the task of observing samples under a microscope. Overall, the experience was akin to a science class, and honestly, I felt relieved to see that a younger generation, often said to be losing interest in science, showed such enthusiasm.
