Heat treatment is performed to recover the metal structure altered by cold rolling (plastic deformation) and to eliminate residual stress and strain. Depending on the material and purpose, our company utilizes bell-type furnaces for heat treatment while keeping the coils intact, as well as continuous furnaces for heat treatment after unwinding the coils. Additionally, with our long-established technology in cold rolling and heat treatment, we control the metal structure (spheroidized carbide particle size and grain size). We manage differences that are not visible in the material appearance, such as "wear resistance," "hardening ability," and "workability"! We contribute to the improvement of product quality for our customers. If you are experiencing unexplained differences in metal materials, please consult us.
