Non-spill fitting for adjacent installation (joint, connector, fitting)
NS Series
No liquid leakage, one-touch connection is possible.
The "Adjacent Installation NS" is a non-spill fitting that can be installed inside machinery. It prevents liquid from contaminating the area around the machine during pressurized attachment and detachment, as well as preventing rust and failures, thereby protecting workers from toxic liquids. Additionally, it minimizes the incorporation of air bubbles during attachment and detachment, reducing the causes of liquid solidification and decreasing erroneous operation of measuring instruments due to bubbles. It shortens the time needed to clean dirt during maintenance, allowing for reduced complaints, improved safety, environmental protection, and lower maintenance costs. Color coding is also available to prevent incorrect connections. A wide range of sizes is available. Lightweight and low-cost. Rust prevention. Usable for both gases and liquids. All-plastic versions are also disposable. Dust-free cleanroom compatible products are available for medical and precision machinery applications. The tube can rotate freely, reducing twisting and preventing tube detachment accidents during use. In valve-equipped types, liquid (gas) is automatically stopped even when detached under pressure. There is a wide range of couplings made from plastics that have been confirmed for safety, such as NSF standard C-2 and USP type VI, ensuring food safety.
