This is an introduction to a part of the manufacturing process of deep-fried tofu. The fryers for deep-fried tofu are arranged side by side. The product is automatically discharged from the fryers on both sides, but it cannot be packaged while still at high temperatures, so there is a conveyor for cooling. To avoid losing flavor, the cooling is done at room temperature using exhaust fans, rather than cooling it too quickly. The net is made of stainless steel. The production capacity for deep-fried tofu is over 5,000 to 10,000 pieces.
