basic information
The Well Cut Saw is a specialized circular saw designed for cutting cardboard, which reduces the generation of paper dust to an absolute minimum due to its unique blade tip shape and improves material clogging. Additionally, since the amount of paper dust is reduced, it is an environmentally friendly circular saw. There are three blade types: the "A-A type" focused on minimizing paper dust, the "A-M type" for heavy cutting, and the "C type" focused on cutting surface quality.

Detailed information
-
Well Cut Saw A-A Type 【A-A Type】 Paper Dust Focused Type - Produces less paper dust (about 1/5 of woodworking chip saws) (not a concern even without dust collection) - Less clogging of paper dust (As the ground paper dust becomes granular, air blowing is not necessary) - Leaves a return on the back of the material (The size of the return is proportional to the thickness of one sheet of paper at the bottom of the material) - Long lifespan due to carbide tips - Regrinding not possible
-
A-M Type 【A-M Type】 Heavy Cutting Type - Produces less paper dust (about 1/3 of wood cutting saws) - Less clogging of paper dust (As the crushed paper dust becomes granular, air blowing is not necessary) - Less heat retention compared to A-A Type (air cooling is sufficient) - There is a return on the back of the material (The size of the return is proportional to the thickness of one sheet of paper at the bottom of the material) - Long lifespan due to carbide tips - Regrinding: Possible
-
C Type [C Type] Cutting Surface Focused Type - No burrs on the back of the material - Slightly more paper dust compared to A-A Type - Slightly more clogging of the material (Since the shape of the paper dust is different from that of a chip saw, it can be easily removed with just a light tap) - Low cutting resistance, making it less prone to heat buildup and producing less cutting noise, allowing for a smooth cut - Long lifespan due to carbide tips - Regrinding: Possible
