Our company's goals moving forward are primarily twofold. The first is to strive for service improvement to become a better partner for our customers without being satisfied with the current situation, while simultaneously planning company operations to enhance employee treatment and environment. The second is to engage in new businesses beyond just the dispatch business. Recently, based on a proposal from our technical staff, we launched an in-house contract development business led by that employee. In the near future, we aim to develop this in-house contract development business to be on par with our current dispatch business. Additionally, we will challenge ourselves to explore new businesses based on good ideas and opinions. Our company has a flexible system that incorporates employee opinions regardless of age or tenure. We welcome anyone who resonates with this vision and wishes to realize their dreams at our company.
