Select the type of semiconductor package you want to create from the templates. 3. Input and edit the data that determines the specifications of the semiconductor package (such as the size of each part, materials, number of balls or pins, heat generation, etc.). Based on the parameters entered by the user, the semiconductor package model data is automatically generated, so all you need to do is download it and import it into Flotherm or Flotherm PCB to perform the analysis. Moreover, each package template comes pre-filled with JEDEC standard values, so even if you are unsure about the internal structure of the semiconductor package, you can create a high-precision analysis-capable semiconductor package model by simply changing the values in the known areas.
