"Bobowa" translates to "beautiful tree, grove, or forest" in French. Having spent my twenties in France, I often ventured into the forests of the Paris suburbs, taking moments to breathe deeply. The memories of that time, when I was trying my best to act like an adult under the weight of European history and culture, remain close to my heart. That youth has ended, but it has been 20 years since I named my workshop "Bobowa" and began my journey in furniture making.
