Introduction to exposed insulation adhesion waterproofing (single-layer specification) during new construction and renovation!
"Meltorch" is a waterproof sheet for torch application that combines synthetic fiber non-woven fabric and modified asphalt. We will introduce "exposed insulation bonded waterproofing (single-layer specification)" for new construction and renovation (when retaining the existing protective layer and when fully removing the waterproof layer), as well as for renovation (when not removing the existing asphalt waterproof layer). 【New Construction and Renovation (when retaining the existing protective layer and when fully removing the waterproof layer)】 ■ Application: Non-walkable rooftops, RC, deck plate structures, PCa, ALC panel structures ■ Construction Method No.: TA-422 (TS-422) ■ Adhesive: RA water-based bond 0.3kg/m² ■ Insulation Layer: Special rigid polyurethane foam GFT board RA tape MTS205 (joint area) ■ Additional Layer: Meltape T2520A (Meltape T2520S) ■ Waterproof Layer: Meltorch AP40M (Meltorch SB40M) ■ Protective Coating: RA coat 0.5kg/m² RA high-reflective coat 0.5kg/m² RA heat-shielding coat 1.5kg/m² *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
