In addition to filling using a pressure-resistant explosion-proof drum filling machine, pulses input from a flow meter are integrated, and the control of the ball valve is performed by a pressure-resistant explosion-proof indicator. Serial communication from multiple devices, such as filling machines and explosion-proof indicators installed in hazardous areas, is consolidated into one point using a pressure-resistant explosion-proof multiplexer, enabling communication with a filling management PC or DCS located in a safe area. Furthermore, the explosion-proof multiplexer (mux) achieves reduced wiring and wiring costs. The PC installed in the safe area collects and manages filling data from the filling machines and indicators in the hazardous area. In addition to compiling daily and monthly reports by product type, traceability management is made very easy, allowing for tracking of production data from lot numbers in the event of any issues with products after shipment.
