Sanitary Series Cartridge filters can be exchanged instantly with a one-touch mechanism. By attaching a resin sanitary joint to the cartridge filter, it can be connected to the sanitary joint and one-touch joint of the MPC series and MPX series. Traditionally, stainless steel Saniclicks could not be gamma sterilized together with the cartridge filter, and disposal as-is was also impossible. If the clamp is made of resin, it can be completely disposable. This reduces operational risks and allows for instant filter replacement.

1/8 inch (3.2 mm) diameter MPC (joint connector) The MPC coupling, which holds a dominant share in pharmaceutical manufacturing applications, has an inner diameter of 1/8 inch (3.0 mm) for the hose barb. MPC couplings are widely used in medical applications both domestically and internationally. The materials available are polycarbonate and polysulfone, making them suitable for various small flow applications. They are also ideal for aseptic sampling, handling of retractors and markers, as well as applications in bioreactors and regenerative medicine.
