We handle the processes and controls of heat treatment, including outbound shipments from the warehouse, insertion into the furnace, furnace control, and inbound shipments to the warehouse, while also monitoring and controlling the furnace temperature, and transmitting production results to the management system or higher-level systems.

The monitoring and control of the heat treatment process will be conducted. As part of the control functions, the furnace position information of the heat-treated parts and components will be calculated, and temperature settings for the parts based on heat treatment conditions and conveyor speed corrections will be performed. Additionally, for the furnace startup and shutdown processes, temperature and time control will be carried out based on pre-set values. As for the monitoring functions, the operating status of each furnace and the abnormal (alarm) status of each device will be monitored, with alarm displays, alarm message displays, and alarm history storage being performed. Furthermore, for various analog data, current status displays and real-time trends as well as historical trend data storage will be conducted. Additionally, as a data storage function, there is the capability to create CSV format files for historical trend data, actual performance data, and alarm history data, as well as a printing function for alarm history.
