The high-capacity high-speed cooling centrifuge system Avanti J-HC represents a significant advancement in the large-volume separation of cells and precipitates. It can centrifuge 4 × 2,250 mL, totaling 9 L, at 5,000 rpm and 7,480 ×g, making it a more efficient centrifugation system. Therefore, it is capable of processing 36 L per hour when collecting bacteria.
