Reagent kit for dual extraction of DNA/RNA from FFPE tissue sections of various origins using SPRI magnetic beads.
The FormaPure XL series is a kit for extracting and purifying DNA (FormaPure XL DNA), RNA (FormaPure XL RNA), and both DNA/RNA (FormaPure XL Total) from 10 μm sections of FFPE (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded) tissue, up to 7 slices. High yields of around 10 μg of both DNA and RNA can be obtained from 7 slices of 10 μm FFPE tissue. It is compatible with the automated dispensing system Biomek series from Beckman Coulter, which allows for automation (some manual centrifugation is required), achieving high-throughput purification of DNA extraction from 96 samples in 5 hours and 45 minutes, RNA extraction in 5 hours and 30 minutes, and both DNA/RNA extraction in 6 hours and 45 minutes. - DNA extraction from 7 slices of 10 μm FFPE tissue - DNA and RNA can be separately purified from the same slice (Total) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
