The "Biomicelle BN Series" is an internal blending type antistatic agent based on a new mechanism. While conventional products relied on surfactant mechanisms that prevent static electricity by migrating from within the plastic to the surface, or were primarily polymer blend-based antistatic agents, the products in this series remain stably dispersed as reverse micelle-type fine particles within the polymer matrix, allowing for charge leakage and demonstrating antistatic effects with a small amount. These can be used for a wide range of applications, from electronic and electrical materials to everyday plastic products, and they also provide performance and effective antistatic functions in food-related plastic products that were not possible with existing products.
