Ionized powerful sheet air blow removes static electricity and dust from parts and products at high speed.
When air consumption and noise levels are not an issue, a lower-priced standard ion air knife is a good choice. (Please compare the performance of the super ion air knife and the standard ion air knife.) The compressed air inlet is located at both ends of the standard ion air knife. Multiple standard ion air knives can be connected together to create longer lengths. In this case, the gap at the connection point will be 51mm. (If a gap-free connection is required, please use the super ion air knife.) The maximum length of the ionizing bar for multiple air knives is 3.02m (119 inches).

basic information
The Exair standard ion air knife is an effective method for eliminating static electricity. It removes static electricity from the surfaces of plastics, webs, paper sheets, and other materials where tearing, jamming, and static shock are issues. This product uses a standard air knife to transport ions from the ionization bar to charged surfaces up to 6.1 meters away. The standard ion air knife, with an air amplification ratio of 30:1, allows for high-speed static electricity removal and cleaning through powerful blow-off. The thrust can be continuously adjusted from a strong gust to a gentle breeze. The standard ion air knife operates with low noise, low vibration, and has no moving parts, making it maintenance-free.
