The Super Ion Air Knife combines a powerful air blow with 40 times amplification and an ion generation mechanism with more than 10 times efficiency, creating a system that simultaneously removes static electricity and dust. The high-performance ion generation function achieves a static elimination speed of 0.2 seconds (one-tenth of conventional products). The illustration on the left shows a gate system for removing charged dust in the pre-painting process of vehicle bodies, using six Super Ion Air Knives. It reduces painting defects caused by dust.

This Super Air Knife provides an effective method for clean, high-temperature, or low-temperature products on a conveyor. It delivers a powerful, uniform airflow that is thin like a knife across its entire width. When replaced with this compact Super Air Knife, the previously high noise blow-off turns into a whisper. Even with a compressed air supply pressure of 5.5 BAR, it achieves an astonishing quietness of 69 dBA in any application. The air amplification ratio is 40 times. It complies with the end pressure and noise standards set by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
