High-speed static electricity removal system / Super ion air knife
Model 111xxx Super Ion Air Knife
The high-speed static electricity removal system using a powerful super ion air knife prevents jumping, tearing, shock, and dust issues.
The Super Ion Air Knife manufactured by Exair removes static electricity from the surfaces of plastics, webs, sheets, and other products where jumping, tearing, and dangerous shocks are problematic. At the same time, a thin layer of airflow cleans the surface by removing static electricity, fine particles, dust, and dirt. The process speed, product quality, and surface cleanliness are dramatically improved.

basic information
The super ion air knife with an air amplification ratio of 40 times blows ionized air to areas or surfaces up to 6.1 meters away, removing static electricity at high speed in less than one second. Its uniform airflow performs consistent static electricity removal even on delicate surfaces like spider webs. Moreover, it operates at a very quiet noise level of 69 dBA. It achieves low cost, energy efficiency, low noise, and high functionality simultaneously.
