This is an oil filter made of zinc-coated steel plate. In addition to the standard 100 mesh and 150 mesh, we can manufacture it in any mesh size you desire.
It is combined using a press and curling machine, so if it is within standard dimensions, it can be manufactured in a short period according to your order. The main body is made of galvanized steel plate, and sufficient strength is guaranteed by the press ribs. Additionally, all joints are mechanically connected, so there is no concern about corrosion from adhesives or other materials. The material for the wire mesh part can be made of either brass or stainless steel.

1. The suction resistance of the strainer is below 50 mmHg at a maximum flow rate with hydraulic oil viscosity of 150 SSU. 2. Please install it so that the total suction resistance, including the strainer, does not exceed 125 mmHg. 3. When the suction resistance increases due to clogging, remove the strainer, wash it by shaking in diesel fuel, and then blow clean compressed air from the inside to completely restore it for reuse.
