The RMF System GOLU series is a high-flow filter that incorporates the high-efficiency filtration technology of the RMF system into a large flow rate filtration device. It features a compact design with a flow rate of approximately 88L/min and has a large capacity for contaminant capture. The selectable elements range from 1 to 12μm (β value > 200). An oil cleanliness monitor (CMS) can be added as an option. It is ideal as a flushing filter after equipment disassembly inspections or before equipment shipment, as well as an offline filter for devices that require high capacity, such as test benches. The high-precision flushing significantly contributes to improving initial defects after equipment shipment and enhancing reliability after disassembly and inspection. Additionally, with the installation of the oil cleanliness monitor (CMS), it is possible to assess flushing standards and check the cleanliness of the target equipment in real-time.
