"Insert Taro" is an integrated metering pump system centered around our company's non-pulsating metering pump, arranged on a cart along with storage tanks, heaters, control panels, and instruments, allowing for easy manual movement. It ensures a constant flow rate regardless of fluctuations in load and pressure on the suction side, making it ideal for precisely transferring filling aids such as foaming agents, paints, aging inhibitors, and flame retardants to extruders. While extruders are primarily used for the continuous production of long materials, pulsations in the supply of fillers can lead to uneven dispersion of liquids, resulting in quality variations. By suppressing pulsations on the supply side, it becomes possible to improve product quality while also reducing costs. Our non-pulsating metering pump is essential, especially for precision production applications in single-screw extruders where internal pressure fluctuations are significant. Additionally, since the entire transfer system can be manually moved, it can be relocated to the optimal position as needed for work or maintenance. Furthermore, when the filler is in powder form, considerations must be made for the impact on human health due to dust and inhalation. However, since a mechanism can be incorporated to first liquefy the powder with a heater and store it in a tank, it becomes easier to control powder dispersion and minimize its impact.
