With the intermittent air blown from standard air nozzles or air knives, large water droplets can be removed, but due to the influence of "surface tension," droplets smaller than 1mm can only be moved and cannot be blown away. Therefore, no matter how strong the air blow is, surface tension continues to act, making it impossible to blow away droplets smaller than 1mm, and the workpiece cannot be completely dried. To completely blow away these small droplets of less than 1mm, it is necessary and important to change the "quality" of the air. Our "Air Screw Nozzle" processes the air into cut air within the nozzle. The "papa" cut air is blown out. This cut air generates several times the force of the usual intermittent air blow (patented).
