1. Features * We handle everything from the supply of liquefied carbon dioxide to the filling of equipment in a consistent manner. * We use a non-pulsating quantitative super metering pump for feeding, allowing for the injection of liquefied carbon dioxide with high reproducibility. (Quantitative accuracy for water is ±0.1%) * Due to the use of special shaft seals, there is almost no leakage despite being a plunger pump. This prevents the generation of dry ice and avoids abnormal wear on the plunger, sliding parts, seals, etc. * Explosion-proof and outdoor specifications are also available. 2. Composition * It consists of a pump section, temperature control section, control section, measurement section (optional), and tank section, and can accommodate a wide range from compact systems to large plants. 3. Specifications * Flow rate range: 0.1 ml/min to 100 L/min. * Maximum discharge pressure: 39.21 MPa (varies with flow rate; special specifications can allow up to 98 MPa). * Temperature range: Approximately -30°C to 30°C (other ranges can also be accommodated).
