Pioneer of cold forging
The in-house developed unique cold forging molds (carbide molds) have reduced the mold manufacturing period by half, and we are working on creating a responsive system for delivery times and specification changes. Additionally, as part of our environmental initiatives, we have achieved reductions in rare metals such as tungsten through our uniquely developed VA molds, as well as cost reductions and CO2 reductions through the rationalization of processing methods. Furthermore, we are conducting research and development aimed at extending the lifespan of our products.
