Micro machine joints (joints, couplings, connectors)
Micro miniature coupling
Easily and securely attach and detach ultra-thin tubes.
This is the smallest fitting (joint) among our products (see the photo in the upper right). There is also a version with a valve that automatically stops the liquid during attachment and detachment. It is possible to attach and detach under pressure. The hose with a protective tube (U.S. Patent No. 4703957) prevents the most significant issue when using small fittings, which is the breakage of the extremely thin joint section. Even when the tube is connected, it can rotate freely, preventing twisting and accidents where the tube may come loose during use. We also offer products with a coupling (see the photo in the lower right) that shorten the installation time for difficult-to-handle microtubes. They allow for easy and secure attachment and detachment of extremely thin tubes, making maintenance and replacement of liquid delivery bottles easy. Made from polypropylene, they have excellent chemical resistance, and the integrated fitting section reduces the likelihood of breakage.
