Food and beverage fittings (joints, connectors, couplings)
FDA certified fittings
Uses FDA-certified resin.
Most CPC products use resins certified by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) and USDA (U.S. Department of Agriculture). O-rings can be changed to certified materials as needed. The polysulfone type is compatible with sodium hypochlorite, steam, and hydrochloric acid. There are also straight fittings for high viscosity and to prevent liquid pooling. <CPC Plastic Fitting Features> Lightweight and low cost. Rust prevention. Usable for both gases and liquids. All-plastic versions are also available for disposable use. Dust-free cleanroom compatible products are suitable for medical and precision machinery applications. The tubes can rotate freely, reducing twisting and preventing tube disconnection accidents during use. In valve-equipped types, liquids (gases) automatically stop when removed under pressure. There is a wide range of couplings made from plastics that have been confirmed for safety, such as NSF standard C-2 and USP Class VI, ensuring food safety.
