Developed acrylic-coated support brackets with superior heat resistance temperature of 90°C (instantaneous 95°C) compared to soft PVC-coated support brackets.
Traditionally, the heat resistance temperature of the commonly used soft PVC-coated (PVC) vertical bands is up to 60°C. This is because the heat resistance temperature of soft PVC itself is considered to be around 60°C. However, with changes in hot water systems (the spread of eco-cute and cogeneration systems), the fluid temperature has been increasing. Additionally, stainless steel thin-walled pipes (Morko pipes, SU pipes) are used for piping, so support brackets must use products with insulated coatings to prevent electrolysis. Therefore, our company has developed a cross-linked AC-coated vertical band that can withstand high temperatures. The heat resistance temperature of this product is 90°C at room temperature and 95°C for short periods, making it suitable for piping with high-temperature water.
