This is a compact and handy fully automatic cleaning device for 96-well microplates, capable of cleaning the required wells the necessary number of times. The discharge and suction of the cleaning solution can be controlled with a single touch button at your fingertips. Therefore, you can use the required amount of cleaning solution for the necessary number of washes, allowing for effective cleaning. The eight-channel nozzles are made of PEEK and have a narrow diameter of 1.5mm, making them ideal for cleaning magnetic beads, which has traditionally been cumbersome. Additionally, for cleaning half of the plate or a few rows, the nozzle part can be replaced with a plug, making it optimal for such tasks. The price, which includes two pumps, can be considered low and affordable for a washer. The standard model features an eight-channel nozzle, but it can also accommodate a four-channel configuration with a plug. Furthermore, the nozzle unit itself can be replaced with a single-channel type. It can handle media changes and cleaning with various containers, allowing for a wide range of applications. We are working on the automation of biotechnology using various technologies.
