Acid and alkaline solutions are discharged into the reaction tank as droplets based on pH values, controlled by a combination of an air pump and an electromagnetic valve. The pH is measured with a pH electrode, and based on this pH, a specified amount of liquid is discharged to automatically adjust the pH. The minimum discharge volume is 10 µl, allowing for precise pH control of fine liquids. Control with a narrow nozzle is optimal for the pretreatment (neutralization) of environmental samples. The adjustment range is pH 0-14. The standard pH measurement unit is HORIBA's D-72, making it ideal for medium adjustment and reaction liquid control. By using optional software, pH changes can be easily "visualized." The system is provided, including the additive liquid container. It features remote control with a simple titration function, making it perfect for understanding the properties of solutions with unknown concentrations. For pH control of plating solutions, the previously complicated pH adjustments and reaction tank controls are now automated under computer control through valve opening and closing, simplifying solution adjustments and reaction control. This is a pH adjustment and dispensing device for reactors. We have automated the pH control and preparation of solutions ranging from several tens to hundreds of milliliters, which previously took a lot of time and had low accuracy. Our intelligent dispensing device can automatically adjust the pH of the reaction solution and perform complex tasks such as adding more liquid once the pH stabilizes. The automatic adjustment of pH, which requires careful attention during operation, is a key feature. We can also customize the software for each process, enabling intelligent pH control. The minimum dispensing volume can be as small as 20 µl as droplets, allowing for precise pH adjustments and pre-treatment of measurement samples or liquid adjustments. The nozzles are made of PEEK, offering excellent chemical resistance. We have prepared two types of nozzles for high and low flow rates, accommodating a wide range of reaction volumes from 100 ml to 10 l. Up to seven different types of liquids can be controlled.
