The Vasa Logger is a device used to accurately measure the mixing curve of the work done by the mixer motor during the kneading of dough and other pastes.
By recording the load (work) on the mixer as a change in power consumption, we quantify the changes in the processes of "mixing" and "kneading." Simply by connecting it to your existing mixer, we provide quantitative data to support research and development, daily manufacturing, and quality control, including investigations into the characteristics of dough due to differences in raw materials and formulations, and the optimization of manufacturing conditions, as well as the examination of cream whipping characteristics.
