It is possible to determine the condition of the tap screw and whether the tap screw has not been processed using sensors based on current technology.
When the sensor is in the tapped screw hole, eddy currents are induced on the work surface, generating an analog voltage proportional to the radial distance. If there is an anomaly with the tapped screw, a different voltage signal will be produced.
