**Features** - ND sensors with shapes and dimensions that can be fixed to the blade for transporting parts during processing with a centerless grinder. - Capable of detecting microcracks, grinding burns, and blowholes in harsh environments. - The amplifier connected to the ND sensor can enable/disable part counting and automatic inspection while parts are being processed. - ND inspection can start a few millimeters from the entry edge of the part and can stop at the exit on the opposite side of the part. - The software allows for the cancellation of measurements in sections where measurement is not necessary. - Adaptable with part replacement. - When an NG (non-conforming) part of the workpiece is detected, it is discharged from the machine's NG station.
